Our Mulino Val d’Orcia organizes guided tours and tasting lunches to discover all the steps that bring our ancient grains to the table such as flour and pasta. The miller will guide you on a visit of about 40 minutes through the cereal supply chain to follow, the lunch tasting of the products of the Mill in the splendid Castle of Spedaletto.
Discover the stone grinding of our ancient grains and the production of organic Type 1, Type 2, semolina and wholemeal flour. The visit will be enriched by the miller’s anecdotes who will explain everything you need to know for proper nutrition, then continuing with the vision of the production of pasta.
