Our company was born from an idea of ​​”Father” Carlo who for years had been looking for good quality cheeses to display in our shop but, perhaps being too demanding, could no longer find any. Thus was born the Di Mario dairy, thanks to a cheesemaker artist who passed on his knowledge to us. Our sheep and goat cheeses can be purchased in our La Bottega del Naturista store, located in the historic center of Pienza in via corso Rossellino, 16. Taste our pecorino and goat cheeses of each seasoning, discover the seasonings with bay leaves and walnut and our spiced pecorino!

You can also find honey, jams, cold cuts and wines to combine with our cheeses.
