The decor is very minimal and at the same time very luxurious, an ideal place for holidays with friends and family, equipped with every comfort and personalized service. Podere Ferranesi is also fully equipped for the celebration of weddings, anniversaries, seminars or team building events. Life is Beautiful (8 guests)

Life is beautiful is the 300 m² apartment designed for up to eight people. On the ground floor, a large dining room with fireplace, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a library and a TV room. There are four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and two protected and shaded terraces that open onto a large private garden.

La Dolce Vita (2-3 Guests)

This is a 60 m² apartment, ideal for 2-3 people. It has a dining area with a small but well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a small sitting area that can be converted into a single bedroom, each with a private bathroom.
There is also a lovely shaded terrace. On the ground floor a private pergola for sunbathing and dining al fresco.

La Strada (4-6 guests)
A delightful cottage, with an area of 130 m², and a private garden for sunbathing. It is perfect for 4-6 people and has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The equipped kitchen is connected to the dining room and a large living room, as well as a shaded terrace for dining al fresco.

Il Postino (2-3 guests)
This 60 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideal for 2-3 people. It has a living room with a small but well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a small sitting area that can be converted into a single bedroom, each with a separate private bathroom. There is also a delightful sheltered terrace, next to the private pergola with an extraordinary view.
