Here in the lands of the white truffles of the Crete Senesi, between Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino is the Locanda di Vergelle, the restaurant of the Vergelle farmhouse, opened by the Cosseddu and Chionne family, after starting the dairy business. Here, the young chef Elisa offers typical dishes of the Tuscan and Sardinian tradition, as well as some revisited and creative dishes, blending different gastronomic traditions.
