Gusto evoluto – Cooking class

My name is Paolo, I was born in northern Italy where I grew up with the delicacies that my grandmothers cooked for me.
When I was 20, I moved to London and started my journey into the world of cooking. From there I traveled for the next 10 years, met interesting people, discovered amazing places and got to know many different culinary cultures.

15 years ago I arrived in Tuscany and decided to settle in this beautiful corner of the world, where I worked with fantastic people. I have been the executive chef for luxury hotels, I have helped develop and open new restaurants, I have also experienced the world of cinema, cooking for the stars of Wes Anderson’s “The Grand Budapest Hotel”. Thanks to all this, I learned a lot and had the opportunity to develop my personal idea of high-class sustainable tourism, so in 2016 I decided to start Gusto Evoluto.

Through Gusto Evoluto you will have the opportunity to take cooking classes, food and wine tours and also to have an in-house chef who prepares a personalized menu for you.
