The bed & breakfast is located within the family farm, between Pienza and Montepulciano, in a panoramic and strategic position to discover this fantastic area. A quiet and welcoming place with a breathtaking view awaits you. At our B&B you can treat yourself to a sweet awakening with abundant homemade breakfasts at zero kilometer and taste the Pecorino di Pienza from our family dairy.

The Bed & breakfast preserves an authentic history, which began in 1962, when Raffaele and Maria arrived from Sardinia in Tuscany, bringing with them the ancient artisan techniques of dairy processing. The Cugusi Dairy has grown over the years and is now managed by the sisters Giovanna and Silvana and the whole family gives its contribution from agriculture to pastoralism up to the dairy.

Inside the B&B there are 5 bedrooms and the apartment is equipped with King Size beds, air conditioning, heating, TV, minibar, free WIFI, private bathroom with built-in shower.
We offer you a hearty breakfast based on homemade products and local products, served on the panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and Montepulciano.
In addition, by reservation we organize dinners for the guests of the structure, taking advantage of the magical atmosphere of the warm summer evenings.
