It all started from an inspiration and the vision of a “Affitasi” sign in Pienza in 2012.
Nicola followed his instinct, and a month later he opened his first Buongusto ice cream shop in Pienza, among the wonderful hills of the Val d’Orcia.
Over the years he has deepened his knowledge and techniques to produce a real 100% natural ice cream, which you can now taste in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
